What we do
We prepare and send your claim, chase the airline, escalate before court where that helps, and, if money arrives, pay you out after checks. We keep a record of every step.
What we ask from you
Your flight details, an identity document, a signed authority so we may act for you, and - only when it matters - a decision, for example on an airline offer. Silence is never treated as your acceptance.
What a preliminary result means
It is our first read of the rules on the facts you gave us. It is not a legal decision, not an airline offer and not a payout guarantee.
Money
Our commission is charged on statutory compensation only, never on reimbursed expenses. Payouts need a verified recipient and are confirmed by a second person.
